What Makes a Home is the signature video for Resideo’s 2019 product launch event. I wrote the script, hired VO talent, shot (the parts that aren’t stock) and edited it. There are plenty of stories behind the making of this video.
This is a collection of shots from some of the internal communications and digital signage I’ve created over the past two years at Resideo. While this is meant to show a representation of my lighting, I was solely responsible for every aspect of each of these clips. I set and monitored the lights, camera and audio for each shoot and saw each project through delivery.
I created Ring Day for John Beuses from concept to delivery while I was a student at Texas A&M University. I was asked to tell John’s unconventional story about his path to graduation. There is plenty of room for technical improvement in this video since I had to work with limited equipment at my disposal, but I feel that it is a powerful story.
Our Neighborhood was created in response to COVID-19 causing many to start working from home or put safety measures in place to continue going in to work. This meant I was unable to travel to source content like I normally would and had to get creative. I worked with my communications team to find stories from around the company and record interviews over Zoom to share some of the good that was happening in this troubling time. I edited together some of the more powerful stories as a teaser for a series that could continue to highlight the good work happening at Resideo even beyond this pandemic.
I was in charge of all things audio and visual for Resideo Live both produced and live. I managed a large team of people to help me pull off the many different aspects. Here is a video I created with my team to recap the event.
This is a video from ISC West 2019 in Las Vegas. This was one of a few videos I created while at the show to highlight some of the areas of Resideo’s booth at the event.
This video of Alice DeBiasio was created in coordination with a security publication. This was a last second video I was asked to create while traveling to support a town hall. I pulled together some equipment I could use and put this together. There’s definitely room for improvement, but it shows some of what I can do with very limited preparation.
This video about Rob Aarnes’s leadership style was a powerful narrative about how leaders aren’t always out front. I created this video in partnership with a security publication wanting to share Rob’s story.
